Prices are as Follows:

2 Weeks Training in Rocinha Rio de Janeiro Brazil: $750
4 Weeks Training in Rocinha Rio de Janeiro Brazil: $1100
6 Weeks Training in Rocinha Rio de Janeiro Brazil: $1450
8 Weeks Training in Rocinha Rio de Janeiro Brazil: $1750
12 Weeks Training in Rocinha Rio de Janeiro Brazil: $2200

Many people like to add on a second activity ie: Muay-Thai with their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. You can mix and match which ever programs you like.
Add-ons are an extra $100 for every 2 weeks that you stay. So one month would be an extra $200, 6 weeks $300, 8 weeks $400, 12 weeks $600. ALL fees are in US Dollars.
Your payment includes:
-we will pick you up at the airport and drop you off
-lodging
-complete tour of the community and how to get around
-unlimited training in your chosen activity
-gym membership
-if you are enrolled in the surf or bodyboard programs, a board will be provided for you to use.
-All sorts of free entertainment/parties while inside the community
What we do NOT provide for you:
-airplane ticket
-visa for entry into Brazil
-food **
-extra money for other activities
-health Insurance

Things you should bring with you
It is preferred that you bring a Backpack and or a duffel bag rather than large suitcases as Backpacks are much easier to carry through the tight alley ways in the favela.
-All equipment for your activity
-Plenty of T-shirts and Shorts
-Bathing suit
-Light Jacket or hooded sweat shirt
-Sandals
-One good pair of walking or tennis shoes
-A hat or cap to protect against the sun
-Sunscreen
-Sunglasses
-Batteries (they are expensive here)
-Ear Plugs (sometimes the parties here go until the wee hours of the morning)
-Mosquito replant (spray or creme)
-A small flashlight
-Digital Camera (you will want to take plenty of Fotos while in Rio)
-Hand Sanitizer or Baby Wipes
-Small Pillow
-Mp3 player (many people in the favela have them)
-Optional- Cell Fone (you will have to buy a Brazilian Chip for $25R but you can buy minutes to call. There are several shops at the bottom of the favela you can buy calling cards or buy minutes)
-Computer (it is safe to have your laptop here but if you do not have a laptop there are over 50 internet cafes here in the community.)
And finally…a great attitude about embarking on a cultural learning experience!!
